Siamo in ITALIA! E in ITALIA dove le major del caffè hanno il monopolio del mercato e non fanno aprire la Starbucks, o dove comunque la gente preferisce quelle "merdine" di caffè che ti danno al banco, e tu ti chiedi se per caso non hanno lavato la tazzina o se quella goccia nel fondo would your coffee ... well ... in Italy, where if you want a coffee you always have to sit at the table even if you have a thousand things to do ...
I was saying ... precisely that Italy has arrived civilization!
Yes, Bologna has opened a room in a lovely side of Via Zamboni, which in many ways takes a little logic Starbucks. It's called enen and is run by nice boys and smiling as you need many types of coffee in ceramic mugs or comfortable in recyclable paper cups.
tastefully furnished, warm and enveloping colored walls, chairs, ottomans and tables is the perfect venue for friends who want to sit down for a chat and for students that the break between classes and the other on the occasion to brush up over a cup of coffee and a good muffin.
And the sensational and revolutionary is the arrival of the paper cup ... Yes, because if you need to bring the coffee in study hall ... no problem. Here is a bicchierozzo thermal paper, 100% recyclable, you can take with you.
is that even in this country becomes paradoxical (as I did today) window shopping walking hand warmer coffee or hot chocolate (and not in a seedy Styrofoam cup that pollutes and does not even have the hole for drinking in the lid).
enen also serves sandwiches for lunch, and tasty vegan soup of vegetables and cereals, always convenient take-away containers, things I've seen and I will try next time, because even now enen will be a place to be for me if I'm around.
the location seems to have some success because as he explained to me today, my friend Ale (a student in Bologna) is always crowded with people.
Oh, and the avoidance of doubt, managers do not know anyone and have not been paid for this review, but I think that bold initiatives like this should be supported also because, let's face or seems to me that the quality does not have value, the coffee that I drank it was really delicious.
